As a team of 4 women running our own individual businesses, we have been continually amazed by the calibre of women who grab their lives and do something extraordinary.
We are making space and time with this wonderful event to showcase the extraordinary achievements of fabulous women, especially women who have had an ordinary start in life.

Vicki Espin
Vicki is a professional corporate and executive coach with 18 years' experience of working with UK and multi-national organisations representing a wide spectrum of business sectors. Working with senior individuals CEO's, Directors and top teams, as an executive coach, within blue chip organisations in Europe wanting to move to a higher level of performance.
An accomplished speaker, Vicki has spoken at national and international conferences, and has co-authored a publication on cultural diversity.
Vicki holds an MA in Human Resource Strategy is a Fellow of The Coaching Academy, the largest coach training school in Europe. She is actively involved in coaching standards and is a member of the steering group for The National Occupational Standards for Coaching.
Vicki's inspirational style of coaching means that she approaches every client relationship with a unique energy that results in the forming of transformational partnerships and leads to the achievement of powerful results. |

Stephanie Greasley
Steph has had a really exciting corporate career which has allowed her to work internationally with many cultures and in a wide range of disciplines. For the past 30 years she has enjoyed had the privilege of working with many people of many nationalities. Her passion is people and she attributes her personal success largely to her skills in developing people to their optimum potential, helping them to be successful in whatever they chose.
Following her successful corporate career she now specialises in delivering business and executive coaching and training to a wide range of individuals and businesses. As a world class professional coach she enjoys the challenge of helping people achieve their goals but not at the expense of humour, she makes coaching a fun and enjoyable experience.
Taking on challenges spills over into her leisure time as well, elephant charges in Zambia and lion encounters in Tanzania are just recent examples. When not travelling, Steph lives in Lancashire with her husband Lawrence, where other tamer passions include cooking and gardening. |

Francine Pickering
Francine is a marketing consultant, business mentor and copy writer and, as director of Clarity Marketing, works with owners of small and growing businesses in the East Midlands. She is happy to be described by one client as “having a frightening amount of common sense” and always aims to translate that into practical results.
She works closely with the University of Nottingham on their business-facing projects and as one of a team of volunteer mentor who support over 900 entrepreneurship students each year. She is also involved with Young Enterprise and this year has gone back to her old school to advise one of their company teams.
Francine is active in encouraging women in business, acting as one the UK’s Women’s Enterprise Ambassadors and running the Smart Women website for business women in the East Midlands.
Francine likes to relax by dragging a lead-packed tyre up and down hills. |

Liz Wray
Liz is a business psychologist who has worked in the public and private sectors, for the past 20 years, increasingly, in a global context.
Her passion is to work with individuals and teams, to increase performance in the workplace. Liz has particular expertise in learning methodology, using creative and unique approaches to development. Her current research interest is leadership within the current financial climate and how this impacts on stress and well-being.
She is a qualified medical and dental hypnotherapist and has actually scrubbed up and worked in partnership with an anaesthetist during a major operation.
Liz lives at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds with her partner Paul and enjoys walking, reading and visiting National Trust properties.

Nick Perry
Married with 2 young daughters, Nick Perry is 41 years old and has studied photography at college for 10 years and achieved City and Guilds qualifications to distinction level.
He has over 7 years experience of commercial photography, including:-
- portraits - both family and child portraiture
- weddings
- sport - including professional rugby, professional American football, formula 1
- business - portraiture for use on business websites
He is fully mobile with studio lighting and full top of the range digital SLR camera and lenses. |

Liz Espin
Contemporary Florist
Liz Espin is married with 2 children and works in the Financial Services sector. Liz is a Personal Assistant to a Director of Independent Financial Advisers, Benson McGarvey Limited, a medium sized company and specialising in various areas of Financial Planning both for individual and corporate clients.
In her own time Liz focuses on her passion for Floral Art, with specific interest in the contempary Floral Designs. Liz has completed a two year part-time course and gained certificates in NCFE Level 1 and 2 in Creative Craft in flower arranging. Her inspiration comes from all the seasons and colours. She enjoys creating new designs for friends, family and her growing client base. |

Fiona Dwyer
Fiona Dwyer presented, reported and produced for ITV Yorkshire’s live regional news/magazine programme, Calendar News, for fifteen and a half years. She has also reported live and recorded as-live inserts for ITN news and ITV’s former 24-hour news channel as well as presenting live daily radio news bulletins.
She is now a freelance voiceover artist and on-screen presenter. She has her own sound-proofed recording studio, complete with ISDN line, so she can offer voiceovers worldwide!
She has also set up her own PR & Marketing consultancy. Her expertise and experience as a journalist means that she knows and understands what makes a story and what reporters will write about. From copy writing and proof reading, press releases and column inches to full blown marketing strategies, corporate identity and re-branding.
